摘要
阐述了中国石油长庆油田分公司以技术标准为支撑,应用标准化原理,在管理层面、操作层面、建设层面大力推进标准化模式,全方位创新标准化管理方式、方法,拓展了标准化工作的覆盖面,创建最佳标准化实践的经验和做法。推行标准化发展模式,有效解决了快速发展中的管理瓶颈,提高了油气田开发建设效率和质量。
This paper demonstrates the promotion of the standardized mode in the management, operation and construction in Changqing Oilfield, based on principles of standardization and supported by technology standard. Standardized management modes and methods have been innovated in all dimensions, so that the range of standardization has been expanded and the experience of optimum standardization practice has been established. The promotion of standardized development mode has settled the bottleneck in the rapid development of Changqing oilfield and improved the efficiency and quality of the oilfield construction and development.
