摘要
提出一种通过构造行星轮系作为难流动散体仓储卸料系统自/公转刮刀组的公转驱动机构的设计方案,并对所构造公转驱动机构的传动比、驱动转矩、驱动功率等进行理论分析计算,给出驱动机构的结构形式,对结构中涉及的大直径齿轮传动密封、润滑等技术难题进行了初步探讨。
The paper puts forward a design proposal which taking the planetary gear tram as the revolution anvmg mechanism of rotation/revolution difficuh-flowing granular storage & unloading system, with theoretic analysis and calculation for the transmission ratio, driving torque, and driving power of its revolution driving mechanism. In addition, the paper presents the structural type of the driving mechanism, with preliminary discussion of the large-diameter gear drive seal, lubrication and other related difficulties involving the mechanism.
