急性脑出血患者血浆S100B和热休克蛋白70水平与预后关系的研究 被引量:1

Research of Relationship between S100B/Heat Shock Protein 70 Levels in Plasma and Prognosis of Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage

摘要 目的探讨急性脑出血患者血浆S100B和热休克蛋白70水平与预后的关系。方法仙桃市第一人民医院采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测60例急性脑出血患者72 h内血浆中S100B和热休克蛋白70(HSP70)的水平,并分析其与患者预后的关系。结果急性脑出血急诊手术后好转组36例,无好转组24例,其中无好转组血浆中S100B及HSP70含量均显著高于好转组(P<0.01);分别以患者急性脑出血后血浆S100B水平2.0μg/L,HSP70水平15.0μg/L为标准评估预后,S100B特异度为82.1%,灵敏度为81.0%,相对危险度6.38;HSP70特异度73.5%,灵敏度57.7%,相对危险度2.05。结论急性脑出血患者早期血浆中S100B及HSP70水平显著升高,显示预后差;血浆中S100B及HSP70水平对评估脑出血患者预后具有较高的特异性和灵敏性。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the levels of plasma S100B and heat shock protein 70(HSPT0) and prognosis in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods The plasma S100B and HSP70 concentration of 60 cases 72h after acute cerebral hemorrhage were detected by ELISA, and the relationship between its concentration and prognosis was analyzed. Results After emergency surgery, 36 acute cerebral hemorrhage patients were changed for the better were divided as the improved group, and 24 cases as the non-improved group,of which the plasma SI00B and HSP70 levels of the non-improved group were significantly higher than the improved group ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; plasma S100B concentration 2.01xg/L and plasma HSP70 concentrationl5.0i^g/L were set as the standard of prognostic evaluation, specificity was 82.1% ,sensitivity was 81.0%, relative risk was 6.38 for S100B; specificity was 73.5%, sensitivity was 57.7%, relative risk was 2.05 for HSP70. Conclusion The plasma S100B and HSP70 levels are signifi- cantly increased in the early stage acute cerebral hemorrhage, which indicate poor prognosis; S100B and HSP70 concentration in plasma has a high specificity and sensitivity to assess the prognosis of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.
