摘要
地佐辛是一种新型的阿片受体混合激动-拮抗剂,由于其镇痛效果较好,不良反应较传统阿片类药物发生率低,近几年在国内已广泛应用。该药不仅在疼痛治疗领域效果肯定,而且在辅助麻醉和预防某些麻醉相关并发症方面取得较好效果。该文对地佐辛的药理学、临床应用、不良反应的相关研究进行综述,阐述该药在术后镇痛和其他疼痛治疗,麻醉辅助和(或)复合用药以及预防麻醉相关不良反应方面的使用现状,为临床合理用药提供相关依据。
Dezocine is a new mixed opioid receptor agonist/antagonist with good analgesic effect and lower adverse effects, which has been generally utilized in our country these years. This drug achieved affirmative effects not only in the field of pain therapy but also in auxiliary anesthesia and prevention of some anesthesia- related complications. Here is to make a review of dezocine from the aspects of pharmacology, clinical applica- tion, adverse effects, the properties of dezoeine in analgesia, auxiliary and/or comprehensive anesthesia, and pre- vention of the adverse reactions caused by anesthesia.
