摘要 支气管哮喘是一种常见的疾病,严重威胁着人类的健康。哮喘的发病与遗传因素和环境因素都有十分密切的关系,其具体机制十分复杂,目前仍不明确。众多细胞及细胞因子都参与哮喘的病变过程,现在发现白细胞介素(IL)22是支气管哮喘发病过程中的一个重要的细胞因子。越来越多的研究表明,哮喘的发病与IL-22密切相关。该文就IL-22的生物学效应及其与支气管哮喘的关系予以综述。 Asthma is a common disease, a serious threat to human health. The pathogenesis of asthma has a close relationship with gene and environment. The process is very complicated, it is not still clear today. Many ceils and cytokines participate in the pathological changes of asthma, now the researchers have found IL-22 is an important cell factor of onset of asthma. More and more facts show that the pathogenesis of asthma is related to 1L-22. Here is to make a review of the biological effect of IL-22 arid its relationship with bronchial asthma.
