摘要
随着公立医院集团的发展,如何建立和完善以集团为单位的法人治理结构,是影响医院集团深入发展的重要因素。在阐述法人治理结构相关概念和基本框架的基础上,多角度分析我国公立医院集团建立法人治理结构中需要注意的问题,并就进一步优化法人治理结构提出相关建议。
Along with the development of public hospital group,the construction and perfection of juridical person management structure,by taking group as unit,act as an important factor to affect deep development of the hospital groups.Basing on the elaboration of relevant ideas of juridical person management structure and basic framework,the authors ana-lyze the issues that require attention on the construction of juridical person management structure in public hospital group from multiple views of point and put forward the relevant suggestions on further optimization of juridical person manage-ment structure.
