摘要
从海水对虾养殖池水中筛选到一株对部分水产养殖病原菌有较强拮抗作用的荧光假单胞菌FL10,并对其发酵条件进行了优化。结果显示FL10的最佳发酵条件为:KB培养基(蛋白胨20g,MgSO4.7H2O 1.5g,K2HPO41.5g,甘油10mL,水1 000mL),发酵温度30℃,发酵起始pH值为7,发酵时间为36h,接种量5%,250mL的三角瓶装量为100mL。
A strain Pseudomonas fluorescent FL10 with strong antibacterial activity against selected fishery pathogens was screened out from Mariculture environments, and its fermentation conditions were optimized.The best fermentation conditions of FL10 were as follows:KB culture medium(peptone 20g,MgSO4-7H20 l.Sg, K2HPO4 1.Sg, glycerol IOmL,H20 1000mL),30℃,pHT,36h,media amount 100mL/250mL and inoculation amount 5%.
