摘要
"卓越法律人才教育培养计划"是针对我国现行法律人才培养模式存在的弊端而提出的。卓越法律人才教育培养模式的构建应当从以下几个方面入手:革新"五重五轻"的观念,向重视法律应用能力的卓越教育培养理念转变;优化法律人才培养方案,形成高校与实务部门共同制定培养目标、设计课程体系、开发优质教材、组织教学团队、建设实践基地的"五个梯次"人才培养格局;强化法学实践教学环节,构建以两个"基地"、四个"平台"和八个"专训"为内容的"248"实践性课程教学体系;重构实践教学评价体系,形成教师对学生的评价、高校对教师的评价、实务部门对高校的评价、实务部门对学生的评价所组成的"四方评价"闭环系统。
"Excellent legal talent education training plan"is proposed according to the drawbacks of Chinese current legal talent training mode. Excellent legal talent education training mode should be constructed from the following aspects:To innovate "five major and five minor"concept,and change it into the idea of excellent education which pays attention to legal application ability cultivation.To optimize legal talent training plan,and form "five echelon" talent training pattern in which university and practice department make common edueation targets ,design curriculum system,develop quality material,organize teaching teams,construct practice bases.To strengthen legal practiec teaching link,and construct "248"practice teaching system which is formed of two "bases",four"platforms"and eight"special training". To reconstruct practice teaching evaluation system,and form closed loop evaluation system,which is composed of "four subjects evaluation" , that is teachers'evaluation to students,colleges and universities'evaluation to teachers,practice departments'evaluation to colleges and universities ,practice departments' evaluation to students.
