呼伦贝尔地区犬布鲁菌病血清抗体调查 被引量:5

Serologic Investigation of Brucelosis Infection in Canine in Hulunbeier

摘要 通过对临床血清及血液样本布鲁菌病抗体及病原检测,调查呼伦贝尔地区犬布鲁菌病发生与流行情况。应用虎红平板凝集试验和试管凝集试验对196份犬血清进行了布鲁菌病血清抗体检测,并对血清抗体阳性的血液样本进行了病原检测,结果牧区牧羊犬、农区土犬和城市宠物犬抗体阳性率分别为59.07%、42.86%和16.67%,总的抗体阳性率为38.27%;病原分离率分别为19.44%、11.11%、8.33%,总的病原分离率为14.67%。 In order to investigate the infection rate of Brucellosis in Hulunbeier City, sera from a total of 196 ddgs from some districts of Hulunbeier City were examined for antibodies to Brucella by Brucellosis Rose-Bengal Plate Agglutination Test (RBPT) and Standard Tube Agglutination Test (STAT), and serum antibody positive blood samples were examined for the detection of pathogens. The results showed that the sera antibodies to Bru- cella from Sheepdogs, rural dogs and pet dogs were prevalent with positivity rates of 59. 07%, 42. 86% and 16.67%, respectively'. The positivity rate of sera from a total of 196 dogs was 38.27%. Pathogen isolation rates were 19.44% 11.1% and 8.33%, respectively. The total isolation rate was 14.67%.
