沙美特罗替卡松吸入联合顺尔宁口服治疗儿童哮喘疗效分析 被引量:8

Analysis on curative effect of Seretide inhalation combined with oral administration of Singulair for treatment of pediatric asthma

摘要 目的:探讨沙美特罗替卡松吸入联合孟鲁斯特纳(顺尔宁)口服治疗儿童哮喘的治疗效果。方法:将85例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,在常规治疗的基础上,观察组患者应用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂及顺尔宁,对照组患者应用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂,治疗周期均为3个月。比较两组患儿治疗前后哮喘症状评分的变化及治疗前后肺功能的变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者日间及夜间哮喘症状评分均显著改善,且观察组患者改善更加明显(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者MVV、VC、FVC及FEV1改善均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2~7天,观察组患者PEF变异率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:沙美特罗替卡松吸入联合顺尔宁口服治疗儿童哮喘能够明显改善患儿症状及肺功能,具有很高的应用价值。 Objective: To explore the curative effect of Seretide inhalation combined with oral administration of Singnlair for treatment of pediatric asthma. Methods : Eighty - five children with asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the children in observation group were treated with Seretide inhalation combined with oral administration of Singulair on the basis of conventional therapy, the children in control group were treated with Seretide inhalation, the treatment cycles in the two groups both were three months. The changes of scores of asthmatic symptoms and pulmonary function before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the scores of asthmatic symptoms in the daytime and nighttime in the two groups were improved significantly, and the improvements in observation group were more significant (P 〈 0. 05) ; the improvements of MVV, VC, FVC, and FEV1 in observation group were statistically significantly better than those in control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; at 2 - 7 days after treatment, PEF aberration rate in observation group was statistically significantly better than that in control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : Seretide inhalation combined with oral administration of Singulair can significantly improve symptoms and pulmonary function of children with asthma, and the method has high application value.
