摘要
目的:建立大黄与酒大黄配方颗粒的红外光谱快速鉴别方法,为中药炮制品配方颗粒在不具备饮片形态的情况下真伪鉴别提供示范性研究。方法:采用一维红外光谱及二阶导数光谱法分别对大黄与酒大黄配方颗粒进行红外光谱分析。结果:大黄与酒大黄配方颗粒的一维红外光谱基本相似,仅在1 447,1 367,1 146,1 079,925,576 cm-1附近吸收峰的位置、强度、形状上存在一定的差异;其二阶导数光谱在1 800~500 cm-1峰位置和峰强度的变化较明显。结论:红外光谱技术快速、准确、简便,可用于大黄与酒大黄配方颗粒的鉴别和质量控制。
Objective: To establish a rapid FTIR method for formula granule of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma and Winy Rhei Radix et Rhizoma identification,and give a demo for the processed formula granule identification.Method: Formula granule of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma and Winy Rhei Radix et Rhizoma were researched by FTIR.Result: The infrared spectrums of two formula granule were similar,while the position,intensity and shape of absorption peak were different in 1 447,1 367,1 146,1 079,925,576 cm-1.In second derivative spectra,the peak position and intensity were different in the range of 1 800-500 cm-1.Conclusion: The methods used in this study were rapid,accurate and simple.It can be used to identify formula granule of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma and Winy Rhei Radix et Rhizoma effectively.
