摘要
通过4.8×106Nm3/a乙炔站工程项目,详细介绍了工程采用的新型电石入水式湿法低压乙炔发生工艺。根据乙炔易燃易爆的特性,采用互相独立的电石输送布置方案。
In this paper a new wet process of low pressure acetylene generation with pouring calcium carbide into water is introduced through it being adopted in 4. 8 × 106Nm3/ a acetylene station project. Separate conveying method for calcium carbide shall be adopted because of its inflammable and explosive performance.
