摘要
目的观察萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗皮肤浅部真菌感染的临床效果。方法 84例各类皮肤浅部真菌感染患者随机分为两组,对照组40例患者采用硝酸咪康唑乳膏治疗,观察组44例患者采用萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗,比较两组患者治疗总有效率及真菌清除率。结果患者治疗总有效率观察组为88.6%、对照组为75.0%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);真菌清除率观察组为84.1%、对照组为70.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗皮肤各类浅部真菌感染具有疗效显著、广谱抗菌、安全可靠和不良反应轻微等多种作用优点,值得临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of naphthalene ketotifen ketoconazole cream in treatment of superficial mycosis of skin. METHODS A total of 84 cases of patients with all types of superficial mycosis on skin were randomly divided into two groups, the control group （n= 40） was treated with miconazole nitrate cream, and the naphthalene ketotifen ketoconazole cream was applied in the observation group, then the total effective rate of treatment and the fungal clearance rate were compared between the two groups. RESULTS The total effective rate of treatment was 88.6% in the observation group, 75.0% in the control group, the difference was statistical- ly significant （P〈0.05）; the fungal clearance rate was 84. 1% in the observation group, 70.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. The severe adverse reactions occurred in neither of the two groups. CONCLUSION The naphthalene ketotifen ketoconazole cream in treatment of the skin various types of superficial mycosis has a significant effect of broad-spectrum antimicrobial and is safe and reliable, with the adverse reactions mild, therefore, it is worthy of clinical application.
