摘要
针对目前苛化泥处理现状 ,在对苛化泥进行预处理回收碱液的基础上 ,利用苛化泥作主要填料成功研制出适用于居民住宅和公共场所的内墙涂料 ,这种内墙涂料与普通内墙涂料相比具有成本低、无毒、无味及性能好等优点 ,为苛化泥的处理开辟了一条新途径。
A large amount of caustic mud is discharged in the course of producing caustic soda. With regards to the method of making inner wall coating from caustic mud, the paper introduces such items as pretreatment of caustic mud and properties of the coating. Through a large number of tests and analyses, the chemicial formulation of making up the coating is found out. The results show that the coating has the advantages of low cost, good performances, and simple processing technology.
