摘要
目前 ,世界上产销量最多的稳定剂是铅稳定剂与金属皂类。我国的热稳定剂生产也以铅盐系列及金属皂为主 ,其中毒性大、污染严重、配料较繁琐、综合成本偏高的铅稳定剂的应用在我国占稳定剂总量的 2 /3的格局是极其不合理的 ,是产品老化的现象。因此 ,大力发展复合型高效稳定剂、有机锡和其它稳定剂是当务之急。本文将以几个实例说明使用复合型高效稳定剂及其新配方 ,取代传统的铅稳定体系及其配方是多么的有效和必要。
Nowadays,the worldwide production and consumption of the lead salt stabilizers and the metal salt stabilizers dominates all of the stabilizers.In China,the heat stabilizers' production is the same too,and the lead salt stabilizers are highly poisonous,environment pollution,and difficult to mix.The usage of lead salt stabilizers is more than 65% of the total stabilizers in China,the situation is so unreasonable that it's of the most importance to develop highly effective stabilizers and other stabilizers.
