摘要
目的:分析不同序列MRI中肾脏透明细胞癌的信号及形态学特征,以期提高对该病诊断的正确率。材料与方法:对21例病理确认的肾脏透明细胞癌MRI图像进行回顾性分析,所有病例均采用1.5T MRI平扫后加扫DWI、正反相位,并行动态增强及延迟期扫描。结果:肾脏透明细胞癌以信号不均匀、假包膜、皮质期实质部分强化明显多见为主要特点。结论:肾脏透明细胞癌的MRI特征性表现有助于和其他肾脏肿瘤的鉴别诊断。
Purpose： To analysis the MRI signals and features in different sequences of the renal clear-cell carcinoma,in order to elevate the diagnostic accuracy rate.Materials and Methods： 21 patients with the renal clear-cell carcinoma were retrospectively reviewed for their MRI appearances.All of them were underwent 1.5T MRI with DWI,in-out phase,dynamic enhancement and delayed enhancement phase.Results： The signal of renal clear-cell carcinoma is inhomogeneity,fake capsule,substantial portion of the medullary period enhanced obviously as the main characteristic.Conclusion： The features of MRI in renal clear-cell carcinoma contribute to differential diagnosis with other renal tumor.
