摘要
目的:探讨小脑毛细胞型星形细胞瘤的MRI诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析11例经手术病理证实的小脑毛细胞型星形细胞瘤的MRI表现,主要包括肿瘤的部位、形态、信号、强化方式等特点。结果:11例小脑毛细胞型星形细胞瘤中主要位于小脑蚓部者8例,位于小脑半球者3例。MRI平扫显示肿瘤境界较清楚,可表现为囊性(1例)、囊实性(6例)、实性(4例),瘤周未见明显水肿带;增强扫描囊壁瘤结节和实性瘤体部分明显强化;囊壁光滑、可强化或无明显强化。结论:小脑毛细胞型星形细胞瘤MRI表现具有一定特征性,为诊断该病的首选影像学方法。
Purpose： To evaluate the value of MR imaging in cerebellar pilocytic astrocytoma.Materials and Methods： The MR imaging feather of 11 patients＇ with cerebellar pilocytic astrocytoma was analyzed retrospectively.MR imaging feather mainly include the site,shape,signal and enhancement type etc of the lesion.Results： Among these 11 cases with pilocytic astrocytoma,8 lesions were located in midline of cerebellum and 3 lesions were located in hemisphere of cerebellum.Pilocytic astrocytoma might appear as cyst（1 case）,cyst with nodule（6 cases） or mass（4 cases）.Lesions were clearly demarcated with little or no surrounding edema in MRI.Nodule or tumor mass exhibited contrast enhancement strongly.The smooth cyst wall of the lesion could enhance or not.Conclusion： There is characteristic appearance of cerebellar pilocytic astrocytoma in MRI which is the preferential method to diagnosis this disease.
