摘要
以TiCl4为原料,制备了金红石相透明的氧化钛胶体(d=3nm)和粉体(d=6.8nm).用紫外-可见光谱、反射光谱和导数吸收谱研究了金红石相氧化钛纳米晶的量子尺寸效应.实验观测到的量子尺寸效应比锐钛矿相氧化钛显著;也大于有效质量近似和紧束缚近似的预测值.
The syntheses of transparent colloidal solutions of extremely small titanium dioxide particles (d=3nm) and powders (d=6.8nm) in the rutile phase were presented. Quantum-sized effects were observed by using UV-Vis absorption spectra, reflectance spectra and differentiate absorption spectra. The amount of blue-shift of onset is greater than that of colloid titania in the anatase phase and also greater than that of theoretical prediction developed by Brus based on effective mass approximation and tight binding approximation.
