摘要
采用粉末冶金法制备出不同钛含量的Ti/羟基磷灰石 (HA)生物复合材料 .研究了复合材料的组织结构、力学性能及其在模拟体液中的生物学行为 .结果表明 :在 1 2 0 0℃烧结时 ,Ti和HA之间发生了化学反应 .原始Ti含量较低时 ,反应产物主要为CaTiO3,CaO和一种类TiP(TiP_like)相 ;当原始Ti含量增加到一定程度 ,将会有Ti2 O生成 .Ti体积分数为 50 %的复合材料具有最高的弯曲强度和断裂韧性值 ,分别达 2 38.1MPa和 3.1 1MPa·m1/ 2 ;在Ti的体积分数为 50 %和 70 %的复合材料中Ti和HA虽然已发生反应 ,但浸入模拟体液一周后 ,二者表面均有一层类骨磷灰石生成 ,表现出良好的生物活性 .
Ti/HA biocomposites with different titanium contents were fabricated by powder metallurgy method. The microstru_ cture, mechanical properties and biological behavior in a simulated body fluid of the composites were investigated. The results show that some reactions between Ti and HA have occurred in the composite during the sintering at 1 200 ℃. The main reaction products are CaTiO 3, CaO and a TiP_like phase in the composite with lower HA content. When the titanium content increase to a certain level, Ti 2O phase appear. The bending strength and fracture toughness of the composite with Ti ?volume ?percentage of 50% reach the highest values of238.1 MPa and 3.11 MPa·m 1/2 , respectively. A bone_like apatite layer has formed on the surfaces of the composites with Ti volume percentages of 50% and 70% when they were immersed in the SBF for one week, although the reactions between Ti and HA had occurred in the composites. This suggest that these two composites have a good bioactivity.
