摘要
在自蔓延高温合成 (SHS)Ni0 .35Zn0 .65Fe2 O4 铁氧体粉体的实验中 ,研究了铁粉含量、氧压力、原料粉体粒度和相对密度对燃烧温度、燃烧波速度的影响 ,以XRD ,TEM ,振动样品磁强计 (VSM )分别对产物的微观结构、磁性能进行了研究 ,制备了粒度分布均匀、磁性能优良的Ni0 .35Zn0 .65Fe2 O4 磁粉 .
In the process of synthesizing Ni 0.35 Zn 0.65 Fe 2O 4 ferrite powder by SHS method, the effects of Fe content, oxygen pressure, grain size and relative density of the raw materials on combustion temperature and combustion wave velocity were investigated. XRD, TEM and VSM were used to characterize the microstructure and magnetic properties of the products. Ni 0.35 Zn 0.65 Fe 2O 4 ferrite with homogeneous grain size and good magnetic properties was obtained.
