不同形态ZrO_2复合Al_2O_3陶瓷的抗热震性设计与表征 被引量:10

摘要 采用湿化学方法制备了具有不同团聚度及稳定度的氧化锆陶瓷粉体 ,并将其复合到氧化铝基体中 ,旨在引入弥散氧化锆所伴随产生的微裂纹来代替传统氧化铝中的结构微气孔 ,以同时提高材料的抗热震性能与强度 .研究表明 :水洗复合材料的抗热震性能更为优越 .其原因在于团聚氧化锆的形成 ,这也得到显微结构证实 .运用函数构造建立了含裂纹脆性材料的具有普适意义的热震方程 ,进而探讨了几类复合材料的抗热震行为的表征和模拟 . Zirconia powders with different agglomerate and stability were synthesized by wet_chemical process. The powders were dispersed in alumina matrix to improve both the thermal shock resistant property and fracture strength of the composites through the replacement of inter micro_cracks produced by agglomerate zirconia for structural pores introduced in conventional alumina. The excellent property of thermal shock resistance of the composites after water_wash process was obtained in comparison with ethanol_wash process. The reason can be attributed to the formation of agglomerate zirconia, whose microstructure is observed. In addition, the general equation of thermal shock of brittle material containing cracks was derived using construction method of continuous function. Furthermore, characterization and simulation of thermal shock behavior for several typical composites were discussed.
