摘要
鉴于药剂学是一门实践性很强的学科,实验课在其课程学习中有着重要的地位,如何提高学生对这门课程的兴趣、增加对知识的理解和掌握一定的实验技能是我们进行实验教学改革的方向。本文结合培养大学生创新能力和实践动手能力的需求,分析了目前药剂实验教学中存在的一些问题,在本科生实验教学中开展了自主创新设计实验尝试,增加了实验课程里的"综合性、设计性、自主性"的因素。本次实验由学生自主设计实验,在指导教师的协助下完成了实验方案的讨论及制定,最终采用了"维生素C泡腾片制备"和"阿魏酸漂浮片制备"两个方案。学生在实验实施过程中,通过不断调整处方和制备工艺,解决了粘冲、崩解时间、漂浮时间不达标等问题。达到了预期的实验目的,有效提高了学生的积极性和综合能力,培养了学生的创新意识和创新能力。同时锻炼了教员起到了教学相长的相互促进作用。
Because of the pharmaceutics is a very practical subject,the experimental course plays an important role in the pharmacy teaching.How to improve the students' interest and understanding of the knowledge in this course is the direction of our experiment teaching reform.In this paper,we analyzed the main problems on experimental teaching,In order to cultivate students' innovative ability and practical ability.In the experimental classes,we conducted independent design of undergraduate experimental teaching.The experiment was conducted by the student's own design,and formulated the experimental program in the instructor's assistance.We finally adopted "vitamin C effervescent tablets preparation" and "ferulic acid floating tablets preparation" two plan.The students,by continuously adjusting the prescription and preparation process,resolved the sticking disintegration time and floating time problems in the experimental process.The experiments has improved the students' enthusiasm and ability,and cultivated the students' innovative consciousness and innovative ability.The experimental class not only train the students,but also to promote the teachers.
