摘要
针对盘锦乙烯裂解炉辐射段炉管更换难度大、质量差的问题 ,设计制造更换炉管用的小车、吊环等新型专业工具 .提出停炉后拆除旧炉管、文丘里管的位置调整、新炉管向炉内的吊入及安装的新方案及施工程序等 .经实际施工验证 ,该方案及程序可靠可行 .提高了更换炉管的效率 .
In order to renew the furnace tube of radiant section in ethylene pyrolyzer, new special tools, such as hand cart and hanging ring, were disigned and made. New job practice was also proposed and carried out. Practical results showed that is feasible and reliable. The efficiency of renewal of furnace tube is increased.
