摘要
介绍一种斜齿插齿刀的刃形优化方法 .由此法刃磨出的斜齿插齿刀耐用度和生产率得到显著提高 ,同时使被加工齿轮的齿形精度亦有所改善 .
This paper introduces a optimization method of pinion cutter for cutting helical gears. When gear is cut by using the pinion cutter, the durability of pinion cutter and productivity is increased and it also improves the precision of gears tooth profile.
