摘要
3 丁内酯是化学法合成生物降解塑料聚 3 羟基丁酸酯 (PHB)的单体 .以乙醛为原料 ,经羟醛缩合、氧化、与溴化氢加成 ,最后经关环等 4步反应合成 3 丁内酯 .研究各步反应中反应条件对产率的影响 ,得出适宜的反应条件 .3 丁内酯总产率达到 2 3.7% .
In order to prepare poly 3 hydroxybutyrate(PHB), which is a biodegradable plastics, its monomer, 3 butyrolactone was synthesized by using acetoaldehyde as raw material by aldol condensation, oxidation, addition of hydrogen bromide and followed ring closure. The effect of related factors, such as ratio of reactants, reaction time, temperature and catalyst etc., on the yields was investigated. The suitable reaction condition was given. The total yield of the title compound reached 23.7 %.
