摘要
本文通过人工加速老化试验,对透明玻璃钢的透光率及强度测试,研究了聚三氟乙烯涂层、防老化薄膜及富树脂保护层对透明聚酯玻璃钢的老化性能影响。结果表明,聚三氟乙烯涂层对紫外线的防护效果最好,防老化薄膜次之,富树脂保护层最差。常温耐水性试验证明,聚三氟乙烯涂层和防老化薄膜对透光玻璃钢的耐水性均有较大幅度提高,在较高温度下,贴防老化薄膜的透明玻璃钢的耐水性最佳。无论在什么老化条件下,表面有保护层 (三种中任一种 )的透明玻璃钢的耐老化性能都比没有保护层的透明玻璃钢好。
Through artificial accelerating aging,transparent FRP was tested for transparency and strength,the influence of daiflon coating,anti- aging film and resin rich protective coating on aging properties of transparent polyester FRP was studied.The results showed for ultraviolet ray protection daiflon coating was the best,anti- aging film was better and the resin rich protective coating was the worst. Water resistant test at normal atmospheric temperature showed daiflon coating and anti- aging film improved considerably water resistant property and at higher temperature,transparent FRP had best water resistant properties. No matter under what aging conditions transparent FRP with coating had better anti- aging properties.
