摘要
本文应用示差扫描量热 (DSC)法对间苯二胺 (MPDA)和二氨基二苯甲烷 (DDM)混合物进行了等速升温熔融研究,得出了它们的最低共熔配比;通过凝胶化时间测定,得出了它们固化环氧树脂的反应活化能,并从它们的化学结构入手,指出了此种物理改性的不足,结合机械性能的测试,指出了二氨基二苯甲烷作为环氧树脂韧性固化剂的应用前景。
In this paper, the DSC analysis is used to study the MPDA/DDM mixture, the lowest co- melting temperature and ratio are given; by the measurement of gel- times, the curing reaction activation energies are derived, and it is stated that DDM can be used as high- toughness curing agent of epoxy resin through the analysis of its chemical structure and the properties of its epoxy resin curing compound.
