摘要
通常外压圆筒计算时取稳定系数m =3.0 ,但对轴径向氨合成塔内件筒体通过使用实例反算得到“经验”的m 值为 1.2~ 1.6 5 ,因此若在今后的设计中取m =1.5~ 2 .0则是安全可靠的 ,这对实际应用具有一定意义。
It is usual that the stable coefficient m is chosen as 3.0 in calculating out pressure cylinder, but for cylinder with axial radial innerparts of ammonia synthesis tower, the experienced value of m was 1.2~1.65 through practical examples, so it would be safe in choosing m as 1 5~2 0 in design. This would be valuable in practical application.
