摘要
广州市化学工业研究所通过选择一系列的助剂获得了自分层水性PTFE耐高温防粘涂料。该种涂料克服了普通氟树脂和氟涂料的缺点,能在单一涂层中既具有对基材的良好附着力和涂层强度,又具有表面的不粘性和自洁性,且施工工艺简单、无环境污染。用该涂料喷涂的电饭锅大部分用于出口。
Guangzhou Chemical Industry Institute obtained a PTFE heat-resisting and viscosity-proof coating of water - based and selfdemixing by selecting a series of assistants. This kind of coating overcomes the disadvantages of common fluororesin and flu-orocoating. The coating has good adhesion on base material and coating strength as well as surface non-viscosity and self-cleaning in single coating, and the application technology is simple without environmental pollution. Most of the electric rice cookers coated with this coating have been exported.
