摘要
目的:分析影响蛇咬伤患者治疗效果的因素。方法:选择我院收治蛇咬伤患者166例,对所有患者进行问卷调查,调查内容包括一般情况、入院情况、蛇咬伤情况、接受治疗类型等。调查后患者按治疗效果分为病例组(治愈或显效)和对照组(有效或无效)。结果:病例组61例,对照组105例;两组患者年龄、性别、文化程度等方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);蛇伤类型、早期治疗和就诊时间与蛇咬伤患者的治疗效果有关联(P<0.05);轻度蛇伤、接受程序化治疗和就诊时间小于2h是蛇咬伤患者的保护性因素。结论:在缺乏抗蛇毒血清的情况下,早期程序化综合治疗可影响蛇咬伤患者的预后。
Objective： To analyze the factors affecting the therapeutic effect of the patients with snake bites. Methods： 166 patients with snake bites treated in our hospital were chosen and questionaired in the aspects of the general condition, admission condition, snake-bite condition and the types of treatment. The patients were divided into two groups according to therapeutic effect after survey, the treatment group （ who were cured or obtained obvious effect） and the control group （whose treatment was effective or ineffective）. Results： There were 61 patients in treatment group and 105 patients in the control group. There were no significant difference in age, sex, degree of education in both groups （P〉0.05）. Snakebite types, early treatment condition and visit time were correlated to the therapeutic effect of the patients（P〈0.05）. Mild snakebite, procedural treatment, visit time of less than 2 hours were the protective factors for the patients. Conclusion： Early procedural comprehensive treatment （less than 2 hours） can affect the prognosis of the patients with snake bites when snake antivenin is not available.
