摘要
目的:对帕金森病MPTP模型中老年小鼠的游泳法和转棒法行为学检测方法进行比较。方法:C57BL小鼠腹腔注射1-甲基-4-苯基1,2,3,6-四氢吡啶(MPTP)20mg/kg,每周2次,连续5周给药,于第1,2,3,4,5周分别用游泳法和转棒法进行行为学检测。结果:游泳法的游泳能力与小鼠的适应性行为有关,且其评分标准易掺杂主观因素;而转棒法是小鼠的被动运动,潜伏期和掉落次数均为客观的观察指标。结论:与游泳法相比转棒法是更为客观的帕金森模型小鼠的行为学检测方法。
Objective: To investigate the difference between swimming test and rotarod test in MPTP model of senile mice of Parkinson's disease. Methods: C57 BL mice were intraperitoneally injected (ip) 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1, 2, 3, 6-tet-rahydropyridine (MPTP) 20 mg/kg 2 times per week for 5 weeks and their behavior was examined in swimming test and rotarod test on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th week. Results.Subjective factor was inclined to be involved in pole test; indicators in rotarod test were more objective. Conclusions:Rotarod test is a more objective ethologyical method than swimming test for MPTP model mice of Parkinson's disease.
