摘要
目的:观察卡介菌多糖核酸注射液(斯奇康)联合左西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法:入选患者分成2个组:治疗组给予左西替利嗪5mg/d口服,同时予卡介菌多糖核酸注射液2ml肌肉注射,隔日1次;对照组给予左西替利嗪5mg/d口服,2组均用药6周。结果:治疗组有效率为88.2%;对照组为63.5%,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左西替利嗪联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效好,复发率低。
Objective： To observe the curative effect of bcg-polysaccharide nucleic acid （BCG-PSN） combined with ievocetirizine in the therapy of chronic urticaria. Methods. Patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into 2 groups. In the treatment group, patients took ievocetirizine 5 mg/d orally, meanwhile, they were injected with BCG-PSN 2 ml on alternate days; while in the control group, patients simply took ievocetirizine 5 mg/d orally. Both groups took the medicine for six weeks. Results： The effective rate for the patients in the treatment group was 88.2%, which was higher than that in the control group （63.5%）. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion. BCG-PSN combined with ievocetirizine in the treatment of chronic urticaria has obtained good curative effect and low recurrence.
