摘要
介绍了聚丙烯流化床反应器流化特性和卸料过程;提出了利用其料位测量机理计算平均停留时间的方法,并将实际计算结果与理论值进行了比较。
The fluidizing characteristics and powder discharge process of gas fluid bed reactor with Hypol process were described. A method for calculating mean residence time of the reactor was set up through determining the change of powder level in the process of each timed sequential discharge, and the calculated result was compared with the design value.
