摘要
研究了熔炼所得 Zn- Fe合金在 3.5% Na Cl溶液中的腐蚀电化学行为。分两个含铁量区段 0~ 1 %和1 %~ 1 0 %考察了 Zn- Fe合金的开路电位和线性极化电阻 ,并用 SEM观察了腐蚀前后的表面形貌。探讨了 Fe含量对合金腐蚀行为产生的影响及其作用机理。
The electrochemical behavior of corrosion of smelted zinc iron alloys in 3.5%NaCl solution was studied. The emphasis was placed on two ranges of Fe contents, i.e., the lower stage of 0~1% and the higher stage of 1%~10%. The open circuit potential E corr and linear polarization resistant R p of different alloys have been investigated. Their surface mopholoygy before and after corrosion was observed with SEM. The effects of Fe contents on the corrosion behavior and its mechanism was discussed.
