IgA肾病病理分级研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 IgA肾病是以肾小球系膜区大量IgA或以IgA为主的免疫球蛋白沉积为主要特点的临床最常见的原发性肾小球肾炎,是导致终末期肾病的主要原因之一。其临床表现多样,肾脏病理活检形态不一,预后也相差悬殊。据统计,IgA肾病约占我国原发性肾小球疾病的30%～40%,
