摘要
培养教育硕士是实现我国教师职业专业化的重要举措。在我国面对整体落后的教育国情 ,要实现基础教育改革和发展的目标 ,切实提高基础教育工作者的整体素质是重要保证。目前培养教育硕士 ,实现教师职业专业化 。
Cultivating Educational Post Graduate is an important method for realising the specialization of teaching occupation.In a whole,our national condition of education is backward,so improring the whole quality of elementary education personnel is a vital guarantee to the following aims,overcoming the educational drawback of test institution completely,carrying out quality deucation truly,that is to say,it will have a direct,actual meaning to the reform and development of our elementary education,that cultivating educational post graduate,propelling the whole quality of teacher teams,specialising teaching occupation.
