摘要 N-亚硝基二甲胺(NDMA)是一种工业和环境污染物,具有强烈的致癌、致畸和致突变毒性;实验证明它可导致动物很多器官包括肝脏、肺和肾脏的癌症;它几乎无处不在,广泛分布于人类的生活环境中,已引起了人们的高度重视。在综合了大量文献的基础上,充分总结了NDMA的物理和化学性质、来源、毒理学信息和暴露途径等,并就研究中尚未解决的问题作了讨论,以期为NDMA的人类毒理效应研究以及各类标准的制定提供科学依据。 N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA)is an industrial and environmental pollutant. It has strong carcinogenic, mutagenic and teratogenic effects. NDMA was demonstrated to cause cancers in organs, including liver, lung, and kidney in animals. It aroused great attention resulting from its wide distribution in the environment. The physical and chemical properties of NDMA, its origins and toxicological data were fully summarized as well as its exposure approach. Additionally, some unsolved problems in this area were discussed. This review aims to provide a theoretical basis for the study of toxic effects of NDMA on human and formulating na- tioal standards of China.
