摘要
企业实施ERP管理不同于企业建设财务或人事系统,因为它没有标准的管理模式可以参照,每个企业运营管理模式的不唯一性、随机性是ERP系统实施的难点。作者认为构造出一个适合本企业管理需要的ERP管理模型,是企业成功实施ERP项目必不可少的前期工作。文章对国有企业推广ERP项目的实践进行了总结,对项目中出现的关键问题进行了分析,提出问题的解决思路。
The implementation of ERP business management is different from enterprises to build financial or personnel system, because it has no standard management mode can refer to each enterprise operation and management model not only randomness is the difficulty of the ERP system implementation. The authors believe that ERP management model is constructed for the enterprise management needs, is essential to the the enterprise successful implementation of ERP project preliminary work. The practice of state-owned enterprises to promote the ERP project is a summary of the key issues that arise in the project put forward the idea of problem solving.
