摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石的临床价值及优越性。方法回顾性分析2010年6月-2012年10月接受治疗的187例胆囊结石患者临床资料,观察腹腔镜胆囊切除术与开腹手术治疗胆囊结石的手术及并发症情况,并进行对比分析。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量明显低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组术后排气时间、下床活动时间及平均住院时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石,具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value and superiority of laparoscopic surgery on the treatment of cholecystolithiasis. Methods Retrospective analysis is conducted about clinical data of 187 cases of cholecystolithiasis treated in the hospital from June 2010 to Oct. 2012. Observations are made about the surgery and complications of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery on the treatment of cholecystolithiasis. Then contrasts and analysis are conducted. Results As for the observation group, its surgery time, intra-operative blood loss were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.01）. Its postoperative exhaust time, leaving bed time and average length of stay were all significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.01）. Its incurrence of complication was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion With small trauma, quick recovery, few complications, the laparoscopie surgery is worth clinical application in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis.
