摘要
目的:观察七味药酒联合金因肽治疗压疮的临床疗效及护理体会。方法:110例压疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各55例,2组均采用金因肽联合压疮护理,在此基础上,治疗组加用七味药酒外敷,观察2组临床疗效和伤口愈合时间差异。结果:治疗组总有效率92.73%;对照组总有效率74.55%;2组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.01);组间治疗后比较,治疗组伤口愈合时间较对照组相比明显缩短,2组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:七味药酒联合金因肽治疗压疮疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To explore the nursing experience and efficacy of Qiwei medicinal liquor combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor （RhEGF）on treating pressure ulcers, nethods：A total of 110 patients were randomized into treatment group （n = 55 ） and control group （ n = 55 ）, both groups were given RhEGF and nursing interventions. On that basis, the treatment group was given Qiwei medicinal liquor for external application, the efficacy and the wound healing time of two groups were observed. Result ： The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 92.73% and 74.55% respectively, there was statistically significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; After treatment the wound healing time were reduced significantly in treatment group than control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：The Qiwei medicinal liquor combined with RhEGF had definite effect on Pressure ulcers, thus it g worthy of clinic application.
