摘要
以广州PZB1401项目为例,阐述了扣件式满堂脚手架作为高大外倾斜柱模板支撑的设计和应用。利用有限元软件Midas Gen建立直角扣件半刚性连接三维计算模型,用一阶弹性计算方法对脚手架进行计算,对在水平力作用下的侧移进行计算和分析;利用计算模型对脚手架构造措施对满堂脚手架水平承载能力的影响进行量化分析,提出优化的支撑设计方案。
Taking the Guangzhou PZB1401 project as an example,this paper elaborates the design and application of utilizing fastener full scaffold as the supporting system for the formwork of tall and outward tilting columns.A three-dimensional calculation model was established using the finite element software Midas Gen where the orthogonal fasteners were simulated as semi-rigid connections.The scaffold was analyzed for its displacement under horizontal forces using first-order elastic analysis method.With the model,the effect of scaffold detailing to horizontal load resistance of the full scaffold was quantitatively analyzed and optimized support system design scheme was proposed.
