摘要
我国正处在快速推进工业化、城镇化和新农村建设的关键时期,绿色建筑的发展动向可以说是举世瞩目。详细介绍了绿色建筑由单体建筑向规模化、普及化发展的情况,方针政策与标准规范的不断完善过程;指出建筑碳排放是绿色建筑深入发展中必须要研究并正面回答的一个问题,发展绿色建筑需要软硬并进地开展,绿色建筑产业正在走向成熟的趋势必须引起高度重视。
Contemporary China is on the times of the rapid advance of industrialization and urbanization and new rural construction,the development of green buildings attracts worldwide attention.The author introduces the development conditions of green buildings which are developed from single building to scale and popularization building,the constantly perfected process of guidelines and standard specification.It is pointed out that carbon emissions from buildings is a problem which must be researched in further development of green buildings,soft and hard aspects is developed in development of green buildings,the trend that green building industry is becoming mature must be emphasized.
