摘要
通过对一些省份调查发现,总体上传统家庭承包经营户在加速分化,许多从商品生产者逐渐衰退为生计型小农,而种养大户、农民专业合作社和龙头企业等新型农业经营主体大量涌现,将逐渐发展成为现代农业建设的"主力军",但仍面临土地稳定流转难、融资贷款难等问题,亟需加大扶持力度。
Through recent investigation at Heilongjiang,Hebei,Anhui,Hunan,Shandong and Guangxi,we found that the differentiation of traditional family contracting management households is accelerating.many of them decline from commodity producers to subsistence smallholders,while new agricultural enterprises like large planting household,farmers cooperatives,leading enterprises,and other business entities appear in large numbers,and they will gradually develop into the'main force'of modern agriculture construction.However,they still face the difficulty in stable land circulation,and financing issues,and increasing support are urgently needed.
