摘要
建设工程造价的有效控制是工程建设管理的重要组成部分，而设计工作又是工程建设的首要环节。文章阐述设计阶段对工程造价的影响巨大，它是控制工程造价的关键。指出提高设计人员经济评价能力，正确处理好技术与经济的对立统一关系，推行限额设计是控制工程造价行之有效的重要方法。
The effective cost control to a construction engineering is a important part of construction management, and that the design is the chief phase of construction. This paper indicates that increasing the economic evaluation ability of designer, properly dealing with the relationship between technology and economy and promoting quota design are the effective measures to control the engineering cost.
