摘要
文章在分析了当前工程承包市场普遍采用工程分包缘由的基础上，提出了工程分包合同中应解决的主要问题，以及总承包商加强对分包工程管理的措施。
This paper indicates why current engineering contract market mainly adopts subcontract, puts forward the chief problems to be settled for sub-contract, and the countermeasure to strengthening subcontracting management.
