本文以北汽集团为案例,深度剖析集团公司引进海外人才的优势,针对性地提出了预防措施和控制措施,为汽车行业的人力资源管理提供了借鉴和参考。
This paper analyzes the overseas talent management situation of Beijing Automotive Industry Corporation ( BAIC ) and the overseas brain drain risk in the company. The article puts forward prevention and control measures to improve the ability on overseas talent management for BAIC and provides constructive advice for human resource management in the automotive industry.
