摘要
以卓越工程人才培养为背景,分析了当前我国地方工科类院校在"卓越计划"实施过程中存在的主要问题,按照卓越工程师培养原则,从教学环节、师资队伍建设环节、联合培养环节三个方面提出了卓越工程师培养的具体改进措施,为地方工科类院校有效实施卓越计划提供决策参考。
Based on the background research of training program of Excellent Engineers, problems in the course of Excellence Projects implementation in the local polytechnic colleges are analyzed. According to the principles of training Excellent Engineers, specific measures for improving Excellent Engineers qualities are put forward in three aspects, which is the teaching, construction of teachers group and joint training. As a result this paper gives the decision-making suggestions on how to improve the effects of Excellence Projects implementation.
