摘要
城市化必须与经济发展相适应 ,超前或滞后的城市化都会阻碍经济发展。本文提出一种评价我国各省区城市化水平与经济发展水平相适应程度 (城市化率评分 )的数量分析方法 ,并用这种方法 ,分析评价了 1 985- 1 996年全国和云南省的城市化进程 ,以及 1 995年全国各省区的城市化水平。发现全国和各省区的城市化速度均滞后于经济发展速度 ,但是不同经济发展水平地区的滞后程度不同。
Urbanization should be fitted in with the economic development, over urbanization or under urbanization is going to the hind of economic develpment. In this article, we put forward a quantitative method which can tell how urbanization of each province is in perfect harmony with economic development and analyse urbanization progress in Yunnan province and nationwide from 1985 to 1996 with this method. And urbanization of each province in whole country is also included. In this way, we find out that speed of urbanization in each provinec fall behind speed of economic development, and they are on different scales in different regions, and urbanization in Yunnan is badly under urbanization.
