阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征与2型糖尿病的关系

摘要 近年来越来越多的研究显示睡眠参与了包括血糖调节在内的多种生理功能调节。作为常见睡眠疾患之一,阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征不仅在2型糖尿病患者中有着较高的发病率,而且还可能直接促使了体内糖代谢异常的发生,有证据表明通过有效治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征可以明显改善患者血糖调节水平。
