摘要 在航空装备保障控制优化预测问题的研究中,为加强航空装备技术保障质量控制,改进和提高航空装备技术保障质量,提高定性和定量决策能力,在系统分析航空装备技术保障质量评价指标的基础上,构建了航空装备技术保障质量评价指标体系,并针对历年航空装备故障信息分析了航空装备技术保障质量的现状,通过专家咨询法提出了相应的对策措施。运用改进的模糊层次分析法对对策措施的效果进行了预测分析。通过分析可知,"保障能力评估"、"以质量为中心的教育"、"年度保障评估"等措施对改善航空装备技术保障具有明显的控制作用。改进的模糊层次分析法收敛速度快、计算精度高,通过matlab程序仿真计算表明,改进模型科学合理、实用性强,预测结果客观正确。 In order to strengthen the quality of aviation equipment technical support control, improve and enhance the quality of aviation equipment technical support, based on the analysis of evaluation indexes on the quality of avia- tion equipment technical support control, this article constructed the quality of aviation equipment technical support control index system, and analysed its corrent situation against the annual fault information of the aviation equipment. It also proposed some corresponding countermeasures by means of expert consultation method. After carrying out fore- casting analysis on the result of countermeasures with the fuzzy AHP method, it came to the fact that these counter- measures, such as "estimating the ability of support ", "education centering quality ", and "the annual security as- sessment", have obvious control effect on aviation equipment technical support. The improved fuzzy AHP method has faster speed of convergence and higher precision of calculation. Through the simulation calculation with Matlab, it was found out that this model is more scientific and reasonable and its forecasting results are more objective and accurate.
